Coastal Measures, Inc. collects environmental data to present to end users, integrating public and private data sources. We utilize AI models for predictive analytics, delivering insights for various environmental applications. These services may include third-party integrations, including but not limited to payment processing services via Stripe.

3. Third-Party Payment Processor

Our Services utilize Stripe as a third-party payment processor for all financial transactions. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your payment information will be processed by Stripe, and any related terms, conditions, and privacy policies of Stripe will apply. You agree to comply with any terms set forth by Stripe and that we have no liability for any issues related to the processor’s services.

4. Data Collection and Ownership

Data We Collect: In the course of providing our Services, we may collect information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, and payment information, as well as technical data, usage data, and other relevant details.
Ownership of Data: All data collected through your use of the Services, including but not limited to user data, transactional data, and other related data, remains the sole property of Coastal Measures, Inc. By using our Services, you grant us the right to retain, store, and use such data as part of our business operations, including for analytics, research, or development of new services.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership of data, indemnity, and limitation of liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Greenland, New Hampshire, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
